Rochelle Falk Rejoins Kembell Woods & Martinsen

Kembell Woods & Martinsen LLP is pleased to announce that Rochelle B. Falk has rejoined the firm, bringing with her extensive experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, estate and gift tax planning, and business succession planning. Her return strengthens the Firm’s commitment to delivering comprehensive and compassionate legal counsel to individuals and families navigating the complexities of estate planning.

Early in Ms. Falk’s career, she practiced at Kembell Woods & Martinsen as an associate attorney and now returns as a seasoned practitioner, widely recognized for her personalized approach and deep knowledge in structuring sophisticated estate plans and guiding clients through probate and trust administration with clarity and care.

Throughout her career, Ms. Falk has advised individuals, families, and fiduciaries on a wide range of estate and tax planning strategies. Her practice includes drafting wills and trusts, planning for incapacity, assisting with guardianships, and providing legal guidance during emotionally challenging transitions.

Ms. Falk earned her J.D. and LL.M in Taxation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where she is also an Adjunct Professor.  She is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas and holds leadership positions in several bar association committees and organizations.  Rochelle is also a frequent speaker on estate planning topics.
